The role handles filming, production, and editing of podcasts, interviews, and social media content.
This is a full-time, in-person role.
Production and content duties
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other equipment for shoots.
- Film podcasts, interviews, promotional videos, social media content, and company events; monitor framing, angles, lighting, and audio.
- Manage production from filming through editing, including long-form podcast videos for YouTube and other platforms.
- Create Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, and other short-form content; identify podcast highlights and turn them into clips.
- Add subtitles, captions, transitions, graphics, music, and other required elements; create thumbnails and visual assets.
- Organize footage, project files, and media libraries; upload and optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Stay current with social media and editing trends, contribute ideas for future content, and deliver work on agreed timelines, including urgent requests.
Experience and technical qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of video production, content creation, or similar experience in the UAE.
- Hands-on experience with professional or mirrorless cameras; good knowledge of lighting, audio recording, camera setup, and video production.
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Experience creating Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, or other short-form content.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement; basic graphic design and thumbnail creation knowledge.
- Podcast production and multi-camera shooting experience are advantageous.
- Experience with AI video and content creation tools is preferred.
- A portfolio or previous work samples are required.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and work quickly when urgent content is required.
