Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in program, portfolio, or delivery leadership within data center construction or infrastructure environments
- Strong experience leading OR PM or Owner’s Rep delivery organizations
- Proven success building and scaling PMOs focused on execution and delivery performance
- Deep understanding of Google or hyperscaler data center construction lifecycle preferred
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
Impact & Success Metrics
Consistent, high-quality OR PM delivery across all sites
Improved visibility, reporting maturity, and delivery predictability
Successful transition to PMO-led delivery model
Expansion of OR PM delivery footprint across Google sites
