Role overview

Supports a Login Experience team responsible for authentication, session management, and passwordless login across digital platforms.

Partners with Product, Engineering, QE, and Architecture to translate business and product needs into requirements for secure, seamless user authentication.

Required skills and experience

  • 8+ years of business analyst experience supporting digital products or technology initiatives.
  • Strong requirements gathering, user story writing, and acceptance criteria development.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple systems, integrations, and dependencies.
  • Agile experience across discovery, refinement, planning, testing, and release; experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with authentication and identity management, session management, tokens, cookies, passwordless authentication, and customer-facing digital experiences.

Nice-to-have skills and experience

  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, and Okta.
  • Exposure to REST APIs, GraphQL, web application architecture, and digital-platform technical trade-offs.

Pay transparency

  • Expected compensation is CAD 60 to CAD 74 per hour, plus applicable benefits and eligible incentives.
