- Maintain and update project documentation repositories, ensuring all project artifacts are current, accessible, and compliant with PMO standards.
- Assist in the creation and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively identifying potential risks and deviations.
- Support project managers by preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards that provide clear insights into project progress and performance metrics.
