We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive AI and product innovation across a portfolio of startup ventures.
The role involves defining technology strategy, guiding AI-powered product development, mentoring engineering teams, and working closely with founders to build scalable, market-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology and AI strategy.
- Build and scale AI-powered products and MVPs.
- Guide startups on architecture, cloud, APIs, and AI adoption.
- Implement engineering standards and reusable frameworks.
- Collaborate with founders, product teams, and investors.
- Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, AI, or technology leadership.
- Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, React/Next.js, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, vector databases, and workflow automation.
- Experience building products from concept to deployment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
