PLM Functional Analyst - 3DEXPERIENCE

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document client functional requirements and write detailed functional specifications.
• Define and execute UAT; support change management and deliver end-user training.
• Provide functional support during deployment and post-production activities.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle and collaborate with technical teams.
• Help implement PLM solutions and contribute to large-scale manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial projects.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship or co-op experience, or strong interest in PLM and Industry 4.0; prior Functional Analyst experience is not required.
• Knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes solutions, such as 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, or DELMIA.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling using CATIA or Siemens NX.
• Professional communication skills in French and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally for assignments lasting 6 to 24 months.
• Projects may require security or defense clearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and desire to learn.

Additional qualifications

• Nice to have: manufacturing or industrial engineering knowledge; client-facing, functional analysis, or process-improvement experience.
• Nice to have: change management or end-user training experience and previous international experience.
