Techso is seeking a PLM Functional Analyst to support clients in defining, analyzing, and implementing digital solutions across Canada and internationally.
The role is suited to a recent Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering graduate who wants to apply CAD and design expertise to PLM and digital transformation projects.

What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document client functional requirements and write detailed functional specifications.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and support change management and end-user training.
- Provide functional support during deployment and post-production activities.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams and support engineering activities.
- Help implement PLM solutions and contribute to large-scale manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- An internship, co-op experience, or strong interest in PLM and Industry 4.0.
- Knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes solutions such as 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, or DELMIA.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling using CATIA or Siemens NX.
- Professional communication skills in both French and English.
- Willingness to travel internationally for assignments lasting 6 to 24 months.
- Ability to work on projects that may require security or defense clearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Preferred profile
- Experience with Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions, manufacturing or industrial engineering processes, client-facing work, functional analysis, process improvement, change management, or end-user training.
- Previous international experience.
