About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical evaluations, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose conditions requiring reconstructive or cosmetic surgical intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessment.
• Explain surgical procedures, expected outcomes, benefits, risks, and alternative treatment options.
• Obtain informed consent before all procedures.
• Perform preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient management.
• Monitor patient recovery and ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Manage surgical complications promptly and effectively.
• Perform cosmetic surgical procedures including: Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, Facelift, Neck lift, Brow lift, Otoplasty, Chin augmentation, Lip enhancement, procedures, Breast augmentation, Breast reduction, Breast lift, Breast reconstruction, Gynecomastia surgery, Liposuction, Tummy tuck, Body contouring, Arm lift, Thigh lift, Fat grafting, Scar revision, Mommy makeover procedures.
• Provide reconstructive surgical services including: Post trauma reconstruction, Skin and soft tissue reconstruction, Burn reconstruction, Hand reconstruction, Facial reconstruction, Scar management, Congenital deformity correction, Skin grafts, Local and regional flap reconstruction, Complex wound management.
• Perform surgeries safely using evidence based surgical techniques.
• Ensure compliance with operating theatre protocols and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and operating room staff.
• Review diagnostic imaging and laboratory investigations.
• Maintain sterile surgical techniques and infection prevention measures.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely electronic medical records.
• Document consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, operative reports, discharge summaries, and follow up visits.
• Ensure compliance with DHA documentation requirements.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Report clinical incidents according to organizational policies.
• Maintain Continuing Medical Education requirements and professional licensing.
• Participate in multidisciplinary patient management.
• Refer patients appropriately when additional specialist care is required.
• **Deliver exceptional patient centered care.**
• Build long term patient relationships through trust, professionalism, and transparency.
• Provide realistic expectations regarding surgical outcomes.
• Ensure high patient satisfaction through excellent communication and compassionate care.
• **Qualifications**
• **Medical Degree from a recognized university.**
• Board Certification or equivalent qualification in Plastic Surgery.
• Valid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License as Specialist Plastic Surgeon.
• Minimum of 5 years of post specialization surgical experience.
• Experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
• Advanced training in aesthetic procedures is highly preferred.Skills and Competencies

• Experience working in premium cosmetic surgery or multidisciplinary hospitals.
• Experience with advanced body contouring and facial aesthetic procedures.
• Experience using modern surgical technologies and minimally invasive techniques.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred. English is mandatory. Arabic, Turkish, or Russian language skills are an advantage.
