About You
High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
3+ years of supervisory experience
Previous experience with recruitment, additional supervisory experience
Experience in personnel leadership and management
Knowledge of blend and mix processes
Results driven
Ability to independently solve problems
Strong and effective communication skills
Have peripheral vision and corrected vision to 20/20 in both eyes
Good hearing to hear bells, alarms and telephonic equipment
Mechanical aptitude
Basic understanding of merchandising, safety and operational processes
