About You
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree
0-2 years of experience preferred
Willingness and aptitude to develop within an AI-assisted SDLC, using AI coding tools as a normal part of daily work
Understanding that AI-generated code must be read, tested, and understood before submission; accountability stays with the engineer, not the tool
Willingness to learn and follow established standards, branch and review practices, and escalation paths
Working knowledge of IT-related laws and compliance mandates (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley 404, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, Personal Information Privacy) is desired
Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
Excellent analytical and technical skills
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Professional planning and organizational skills
Ability to present informative, well-organized documentation and artifacts
Interest in current technology trends, development best practices, and responsible use of AI
