Role Overview
PERGOLUX is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Plant Manager to run its custom manufacturing facility.
The role carries full P&L and operational ownership and is expected to double output while improving safety, efficiency, and supply chain performance.
The position is based at the manufacturing facility in Bielany Wrocławskie, Poland.
What You’ll Do
- Own production output, cost of goods, scrap, throughput, and on-time delivery as a P&L leader.
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable the site leadership team, supervisors, and department heads.
- Champion accurate ERP data in Odoo and use real-time metrics for manufacturing and business decisions.
- Expand site headcount from 30 to 60 personnel without compromising quality, safety, or culture.
- Renegotiate supplier terms and collaborate with group leadership as the primary site representative.
- Maintain alignment with other Custom Design factories and the global team.
What You’ll Bring
- Direct, hands-on experience owning a P&L end-to-end.
- Deep operational expertise running a clean, efficient, and productive manufacturing facility.
- Hands-on ERP experience; Odoo experience is a strong plus.
- Financial and budgetary acumen focused on cost efficiency.
- Ability to negotiate pricing, lead times, and accountability with supply chain partners.
- Dedication to employee safety and well-being.
- Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.
- Fluency in English at C1 level and native or C1-level Polish.
- Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing background.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
Success Measures
Within six months, the factory is expected to consistently meet output and EBIT targets, operate with low downtime, maintain a clean safety record, and have a motivated growing team.
Within one year, the expected outcome is doubled output without a corresponding increase in operational problems.
