What you’ll do
- Build, maintain and improve data products that support planning, funding and performance activities across Technology
- Gather, transform and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring it is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose
- Implement and monitor data quality controls, identifying and resolving issues, inconsistencies and duplication
- Develop and maintain reporting layers, reusable datasets and standardised measures to support consistent reporting and analysis
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements, gather information and support improvements to data processes and governance
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Maintain clear documentation for datasets, metrics, definitions and data processes to support consistent use across teams
- Respond to business data needs, providing trusted, well-structured information that supports effective decision-making
What you’ll bring

- Experience working with data transformation, data quality or data management in a business environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes and improve data accuracy
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders and gathering requirements from different teams
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, with experience working with large datasets and an interest in tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
- The ability to understand the wider business context behind the data and translate requirements into practical solutions
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement
