Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and other departments to align plans with business strategy.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for future product or service demand.
- Manage budget and financial-plan development.
- Recommend process improvements for planning and operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of planners.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma holder.
- Eight years of experience in planning and scheduling on construction projects.
- Desalination or power plant project experience is mandatory.
- Must be available within 15–20 days.
- Must be able to manage own employment iqama or visa in Saudi Arabia.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
