Planning and progress responsibilities
- Prepare and continuously update project plans and schedules.
- Develop and monitor timelines, tasks, and durations; track actual progress against the plan.
- Analyze delays, propose corrective actions, and contribute to recovery planning.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to obtain updates.
- Monitor resource needs and connect them to the schedule.
- Report project progress, completion percentages, performance indicators, and milestones.
- Assess the schedule impact of project scope changes.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- Practical experience in project planning and preparing and monitoring schedules.
- Good knowledge of project progress tracking and analysis, risk, delay, and change management.
- Ability to prepare project progress reports and analyze data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English.
