Recruitment agency hiring telesales executives who will train to become business development executives for recruitment and staffing services.
Complete training provided on recruitment agency business, client sourcing, follow-up, lead generation, cold calling, and CRM.
First 3 Months - Telesales / Lead Generation
- Daily 50-80 cold calls to corporate clients including HR managers, admin managers, and PROs.
- Lead generation for recruitment agency services including manpower supply, staffing, and outsourcing.
- Client sourcing from Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, Google, and references.
- Fix meetings for the Business Development Manager.
- Learn how the recruitment agency works, including client acquisition and follow-up.
After 3 Months - Business Development Executive
- Independent client sourcing, follow-up, and acquisition.
- Close deals for manpower supply and secure corporate clients for the recruitment division.
- Achieve monthly targets for number of clients and revenue.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and close contracts.
Who Can Apply
- 0-3 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, outbound sales, customer service, call center, BPO, or similar roles.
- No recruitment experience needed.
- Good communication in English and Hindi.
- Confident on the phone and willing to make 50-80 cold calls daily.
- Laptop knowledge and MS Office.
- Fast learner who is hungry for sales and commission.

Salary and Benefits
