Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations and variance analyses.
- Support forecasts by gathering data, updating models and validating assumptions.
- Assist with annual and periodic budgets, maintaining accuracy and consistency with company objectives.
- Analyze financial data for trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Coordinate with departments to gather information and submit data on time; provide ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Study toward a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail; ability to collaborate and manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; financial systems familiarity is advantageous.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Placement is scheduled to commence in summer 2027.
