Role summary

Responsibilities

• Pick and scan each item in the order.
• Perform quality checks and ensure items meet expiry date policy.
• Verify and confirm out-of-stock items with the section in charge.
• Give feedback about incorrectly picked items or products that do not meet quality standards.
• Organize the putaway area and move unused trolleys and crates to storage.
• Report product image, location, and picking-system anomalies to the line manager.
• Ensure putaway locations and crates have scannable barcodes.

Requirements

• High school or diploma education.
• Two years of experience; e-commerce operations experience is preferred.
• Retail online business experience is a plus.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Good understanding of quality control checks and retail products.
