Provides specialized administrative and client support to an Investment Advisor or team of Advisors at TD Private Investment Advice.
May correspond with clients and branch staff in a frontline client service role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation and provide updates to Investment Advisors before client meetings.
- Create client account analysis reports, discuss products and services with customers, and identify referral opportunities.
- Accept and create leads and administer referral coding correctly.
- Submit marketing pieces for approval, compile client information packages, and maintain marketing materials.
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, mail, and electronically using full-service brokerage knowledge.
- Follow compliance requirements for account documentation and marketing materials; adhere to policies and risk management practices.
- Deliver a strong client experience, manage work with discretion, and contribute to team improvements and communications.
Requirements
- Successful candidates must be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently.
- An undergraduate degree or community college diploma is preferred.
- Knowledge of wealth management, operations, and investment products is an asset.
Pay
- Base pay range is $43,300–$56,700 CAD.
- Role is eligible for commission-based earnings.
Hours
- 37.5 hours per week.
