Provide specialized administrative support to an Investment Advisor or advisor team in TD Private Investment Advice.
The role may include correspondence with clients and branch staff and is a frontline client-service position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation and updates for Investment Advisors ahead of client meetings.
- Create client account analysis reports and communicate with customers about products and services.
- Identify referral opportunities, accept or create leads, and maintain accurate referral coding.
- Submit marketing materials for approval, compile client information packages, and maintain marketing materials.
- Follow compliance requirements for account documentation and marketing materials.
- Respond to phone, mail, and electronic enquiries using full-service brokerage knowledge.
- Prioritize work, use discretion, manage risk, and follow policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team communication and continuous improvement in client service and performance.
Requirements
- Investment Representative (IR) license with CIRO is required.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience; banking, administration, or related experience is ideal.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently.
- An undergraduate degree or community college diploma is preferred.
- Wealth management, operations, and investment product knowledge are assets.
Pay and hours
- The stated pay range is $22.15–$28.99 CAD; the role is eligible for commission-based earnings.
- The listed work hours are 17.5.

- Work location is Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
