About the role

Key responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial properties, highlighting their features and selling points.
• Capture interior, exterior, architectural and lifestyle images for property listings and marketing campaigns.
• Edit, retouch and enhance photographs using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or similar software.
• Ensure images meet company brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Plan and execute property photoshoots with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Manage multiple assignments and deliver edited images on time.
• Maintain photography equipment in good working condition.
• Stay current with photography techniques, trends and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven professional photography experience; real estate, architecture or commercial photography experience is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality photography, particularly interior, exterior and architectural work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and other relevant photo-editing software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera settings and photography techniques.
• Experience using professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras and related equipment.
• Attention to detail, creative visual storytelling, independence, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Real estate agency experience in Dubai is highly advantageous.
