About the role

Key responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial properties, highlighting features and selling points.
• Capture interior, exterior, architectural and lifestyle images for listings and marketing campaigns.
• Edit, retouch and enhance photographs using Lightroom, Photoshop or similar software.
• Ensure images meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Plan and execute photoshoots with Marketing and Sales.
• Manage multiple assignments and deliver edited images on time.
• Maintain photography equipment in excellent working condition.
• Keep up with photography techniques, trends and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven professional photography experience; real estate, architecture or commercial experience is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• A strong portfolio showing high-quality interior, exterior and architectural photography is required.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom and other relevant photo-editing software is required.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera settings and photography techniques is required.
• Experience with professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras and related equipment is required.
• Attention to detail, creativity and visual storytelling ability are required.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines is required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
• Real estate agency experience in Dubai is highly advantageous.
