Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmaceutical Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our pharmaceutical division.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain pharmaceutical documentation, records, and databases
  • Ensure compliance with UAE health authority regulations (e.g., MOH, DHA)
  • Coordinate product registrations, renewals, and approvals
  • Assist in inventory tracking, purchase orders, and supply chain coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
  • Support audits and ensure all files are up to date
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical administration or healthcare operations
  • Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements (DHA, MOH, or DOH)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product registration and regulatory affairs
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain processes
  • Experience working in a UAE-based pharmaceutical company
