Role Overview

PGIM is seeking a Client Management professional to support regional Client Managers serving the EMEA region, initially focused on the UK and Switzerland.

The team works across public and private fixed income, equities, real estate, and alternatives.

The role provides exposure to institutional investors and collaboration with investment and functional support teams.

The position is identified as hybrid in London.

What You Will Do

  • Support Client Managers in delivering client service throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Coordinate responses to recurring and ad hoc data requests with internal teams.
  • Handle portfolio compliance inquiries, restricted issuer list updates, investment guidelines, KYC and LEI renewals, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate client meetings, commentary requests, questionnaires, and database updates.
  • Support onboarding of new mandates and maintain client requests in CRM systems.
  • Support client communications and interactions with portfolio management and investment teams.
  • Build product knowledge, identify automation opportunities, and organise information securely.

What You Will Bring

  • Relevant internship or early-career experience in client services, investor relations, or a similar function.
  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • Interest in and basic understanding of capital markets and portfolio management techniques.
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience with basic quantitative data analysis ability.
  • Strong attention to detail, process adherence, analytical skills, data skills, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and adaptably in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Aladdin and Salesforce experience is beneficial but not required.

What Will Set You Apart

  • European or Middle Eastern language skills are advantageous.
  • Understanding of asset management and financial markets is advantageous.
  • Proficient use of AI technology is advantageous.
