About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Personal Trainer** to join our fitness team.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu**, and other combat fitness disciplines, with a minimum of **5 years of UAE experience** in the fitness industry.
The role includes delivering both **one-on-one personal training sessions** and **group fitness classes**.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct **one-on-one personal training sessions** tailored to individual client fitness goals
- Lead **group classes** in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, functional training, and related combat fitness programs
- Design customized workout plans for strength, weight loss, endurance, and athletic performance
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention
- Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment
- Track client progress and provide regular feedback.
- Build strong client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of UAE experience** as a Personal Trainer
- Proven specialization in: Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning, Boxing / MMA experience is an added advantage
- Must hold valid professional fitness and martial arts certifications
- Must have **UAE REPs Level 2 or Level 3 certification**
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification (REPs, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent preferred)
- CPR / First Aid certification preferred
- Experience in handling both **personal training clients** and **group class sessions**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, energetic, and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in premium gyms or fitness clubs
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per hour
