Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Personal Trainer based in Dubai, UAE, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
The Personal Trainer will design and deliver structured fitness programs tailored to individual client goals, including exercise routines, nutritional guidance, and wellness coaching.
Key responsibilities
include conducting fitness assessments, personal training sessions, group classes, and circuit training while monitoring client progress.
The role involves providing practical advice on nutrition and contributing to building a supportive and goal-oriented wellness community.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and Circuit Training
- Skills in Sports Coaching and delivering effective group training sessions
- Knowledge and practical guidance in Nutrition to complement fitness programs
- Strong communication and motivational skills to inspire clients to achieve their goals
- Professional certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) or equivalent
- Relevant experience creating personalized fitness and wellness plans
- A commitment to maintaining updated knowledge of industry trends and practices
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
