Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Personal Trainer at Project Reshape.
The Personal Trainer will develop and implement custom fitness and wellness plans for clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
Responsibilities
include conducting fitness assessments, leading personal and group training sessions, providing guidance on proper exercise techniques, creating tailored nutrition and fitness plans, and tracking clients' progress over time.
The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate clients while maintaining a professional and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to create personalized workout programs
- Knowledge and experience in Nutrition to advise clients on maintaining a balanced and effective diet
- Proficiency in Circuit Training and implementing fitness regimens to enhance strength and endurance
- Experience in Sports Coaching, guiding individuals or teams to achieve performance goals
- Strong communication and motivational skills to engage and inspire clients
- Relevant certifications in fitness, personal training, or nutrition (e.g., NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
- A commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and positive fitness environments
- Previous experience working in a fitness or wellness center is preferred
