About The Luxury Closet

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized premium shopping experiences and build relationships with high-value customers.
- Achieve sales targets and upsell or cross-sell luxury items while maintaining brand integrity.
- Demonstrate knowledge of luxury brands and explain product condition, grading, and provenance.
- Support authentication and quality checks of pre-owned items; training may be provided if needed.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, pricing, merchandising, stock organization, inventory counts, and loss prevention.
- Communicate return policies, warranties, and resale conditions; handle inquiries discreetly and professionally.
- Maintain client and consignor confidentiality and trust.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, resale, or premium customer service.
- Passion for luxury fashion, watches, and accessories; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, client-centric approach with strong attention to detail and product presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Preferred Skills
- Pre-owned or resale luxury market experience, authentication standards knowledge, and CRM or POS system experience are preferred.
- Arabic, English, or French language skills are a plus.
