About the role
The VIP Admin Assistant works with the VIP Client Relations team to connect and coordinate with VIP clients, help acquire new clients, maintain existing relationships, and provide service.
Responsibilities
- Prospect existing connections and develop connections with new consignors, including stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, sales associates, and individual consignors.
- Handle front-end customer administration and client servicing, including financial, logistics, and other operational account support requests.
- Meet consignors in their homes to procure luxury merchandise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing consignors to increase business.
- Coordinate communication with merchandising, accounting, customer service, and other departments.
- Meet monthly consignment targets for the assigned geographic market.
- Develop and implement action plans to continually increase consignments.
Requirements
- Flexible to work six days per week, with rotational days off and shifts.
- Able to work under pressure and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of multiple luxury brands is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and proactive, hands-on service delivery approach.
- Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.
