Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will manage administrative, financial coordination, and confidential executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CFO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents
- Handle confidential correspondence and communication
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Arrange travel, meetings, and executive schedules
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Assist in basic finance/admin tasks when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary / Administrative Assistant with CFO / finance department
- Knowledge of basic accounting or reporting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Experience supporting senior management or finance team is a plus
