Job Summary:
We are looking for a trustworthy, professional, and well-organized Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal assistance to management. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Prepare reports, letters, documents, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain confidential files and company records.
- Assist in travel arrangements, bookings, and event coordination.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support management in administrative and operational activities.
- Handle office documentation and filing systems efficiently.
- Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Trustworthy, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Smart appearance and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of UAE office procedures is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
