Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience.
- Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- P&C License Required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy office setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our personal lines insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met with a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals, providing clear and accurate information.
- Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Gather necessary information and documentation for new business applications and client updates.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience from quoting to policy inception.
- Stay informed about insurance regulations and company policies to provide up-to-date service.
