Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically handling client accounts.
- Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS) and standard office software.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and terminology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage the renewal process for existing commercial accounts, including remarketing and negotiating terms with carriers.
- Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other policy-related documents accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with claims processing by liaising between clients and insurance carriers.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their evolving business needs.
- Collaborate effectively with producers and other internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
