Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Three or more years of experience managing personal insurance portfolios.
- Expertise using agency management systems to maintain accurate client records.
- Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management.
- Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly and helpfully.
- Prior experience in an independent agency setting is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for our personal lines clients, managing their renewals, policy changes, and coverage inquiries.
- Review existing policies to identify gaps and suggest meaningful improvements to better protect our clients.
- Collaborate with our carrier partners to secure competitive rates and the best coverage terms for our policyholders.
- Document all client interactions thoroughly, ensuring our records reflect the most up-to-date and accurate information.
- Provide guidance during the claims process, helping clients feel supported and informed during stressful situations.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues with complex policy questions.
