Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Riyadh.
The Personal Assistant will manage the CEO's daily schedule, provide executive administrative support, and assist with clerical duties.
The role involves organizing meetings, maintaining efficient communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support the CEO’s activities and priorities.
This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and exceptional organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
- Experience in Diary Management and scheduling
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus
