Guest Relations Executive – Airbnb Host / Short-Term Rental Homes/ Holiday Homes

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication through Airbnb, WhatsApp, calls, and email
• Conduct onsite guest check-ins and check-outs when required
• Travel between properties across Dubai for inspections and guest support
• Ensure apartments are guest-ready before arrivals
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and building management teams
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor bookings, calendars, and reservation updates
• Maintain high hospitality standards and guest satisfaction ratings
• Assist with property setup, inventory checks, and operational coordination
• Share property guidelines and local recommendations with guests
• Maintain reports related to guest feedback, maintenance, and operations
• Be available to support guest requirements when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, Airbnb, hotel operations, or guest relations preferred
• Must be comfortable traveling onsite across Dubai properties
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with Airbnb and booking platforms is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Additional Language is a plus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed
