We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Tele Caller / Telesales Executive** to join our real estate team in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided UK/US databases
- Qualify leads for property sales and rentals and confirm required details before forwarding to the Sales Manager
- Explain basic property details to clients before consultant follow-up calls
- Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales or real estate preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish, French, or German is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to handle high-volume calling
