About This Role

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our operations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, have a knack for time management, and be adept at multitasking.

This role requires someone who can handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and ensure smooth coordination of activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Efficiently handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Follow up with orders, vendors, and service providers.
  • Perform basic accounting tasks, such as managing expenses and invoices.
  • Utilize computer skills to maintain digital records, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license.(mandatory)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Ability to learn new tasks and procedures quickly.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours as required.
