The Personal Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining files and records, and supporting the smooth execution of business activities.
The role involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, organizing events and appointments, and ensuring efficient diary management and follow-up on action items.
The Personal Assistant is expected to maintain strict confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute to a professional and well-structured working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, professional correspondence, and stakeholder interaction.
- Proficient Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating meetings across time zones.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records and office systems.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and comfort working with digital tools and platforms.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field; prior experience in healthcare or investment sectors is an advantage.
