Role Description

The Key Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The individual in this role will manage and grow relationships with key accounts across healthcare and pharmaceutical services, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, developing account plans, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Key Account Manager will monitor account performance, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and clinical services to deliver tailored solutions.

This role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and supporting long-term business development initiatives aligned with Magenta Health’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to interpret data, forecast performance, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Proven Customer Service mindset, with the ability to respond promptly, manage expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors is highly beneficial, especially in complex project or solution-based environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
