Overview

A Nurse Manager oversees nursing staff and daily clinical operations within a healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling and performance management

& Requirements

  • Ability to manage teams in fast-paced healthcare environments
  • Certification in healthcare management is an advantage
