Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with senior client staff and lead major projects that deliver lasting business-improvement impact.
• Develop new business, optimize existing client relationships, and pursue new client acquisitions.
• Deliver large-scale transformation projects and frontline productivity improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to sustain recommendations and outcomes.
• Coach and guide younger consultants; manage teams and prioritize professional development.

Background and experience

• Proven strategy consulting toolkit and experience delivering large-scale transformation projects and frontline productivity improvements.
• Proven leadership experience and prior experience with a global management consulting firm.
• University degree or equivalent experience, with strong quantitative skills; commerce, engineering, mathematics, or science backgrounds are emphasized.
• Outstanding academic results and a track record of achieving challenging targets under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including structuring and prioritizing work and finding root causes.
• Interpersonal skills to coach, influence, build trust with senior managers, and manage a team.
• Strong communication skills to construct compelling arguments supported by facts.
• Ability to influence, multitask, and manage expectations and deadlines.
• MBA is an advantage; double degrees and postgraduate degrees are highly regarded.
• Demonstrated alignment with Partners in Performance values.
