- The role
- We’re seeking a driven, structured, and proactive Performance & Strategy Associate with strong business acumen and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry to own and execute our growth strategy.
- You will be responsible for owning and scaling key performance initiatives on an ongoing basis, supporting additional initiatives as they mature, and managing a selected portfolio of inactive accounts by leveraging performance tools to diagnose issues and drive reactivation.
- You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping qlub’s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.
- As a Performance & Strategy Associate focusing on performance and adoption, you will :
- Own and scale performance initiatives (e.g. incentive program for waiters) end-to-end
- Support and operationalize new initiatives as they mature
- Manage selected inactive or underperforming accounts, identifying blockers and driving reactivation
- Work with data, dashboards, and performance tracking to monitor impact and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Product teams to resolve blockers and improve adoption
Qualifications
- Relevant business degree (or other relevant degree)
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Interest in the hospitality and restaurant industry
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Open to fresh graduates or early-career profiles
