Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for Dubai real estate projects.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate high-quality real estate leads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance and budgets.
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve results.
- Prepare simple performance reports.
Requirements
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
- Previous experience generating leads through paid advertising.
- Experience in Dubai real estate marketing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
