Commission Only – High Earning Potential
We are looking for experienced, ambitious, and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with fresh leads generated through company marketing campaigns and self-generated leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Conduct calls, meetings, property presentations, and property viewings.
- Build strong relationships with investors and buyers.
- Follow up with developers and clients throughout the sales process.
- Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and projects.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is mandatory.
- Real estate experience in Dubai is preferred.
- Arabic speaker (Mandatory).
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
