We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin Assistant to support daily operations, developer coordination, CRM management, and contract administration within a growing real estate company.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with developers regarding registrations, documentation, and transaction updates.
- Manage and update CRM records accurately.
- Maintain company records and organize documents efficiently.
- Prepare, review, and track contracts and agreements with different parties.
- Coordinate internally with agents, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all records and transactions are updated and properly documented.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate administration (Mandatory).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full-time from office.
