Noor Al Arab For Foodstuff Trading is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist.
The role focuses on paid marketing efforts, qualified investment leads, lead quality, and sustainable cost per lead.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for investments.
- Improve lead volume, lead quality, and campaign efficiency through data-based optimization.
- Manage budgets, spend allocation, pacing, and bidding strategy.
- Improve landing pages, lead forms, offers, and calls to action.
- Diagnose issues involving targeting, creative, bidding, tracking, landing pages, websites, or account structure.
- Report on leads, cost per lead, conversion trends, and return on marketing spend.
- Maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking.
- Build and test custom and lookalike audiences from CRM data.
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audience segments.
- Ensure ad creative and copy comply with Meta financial services policies.
Key requirements
- At least 2–4 years of experience running paid Meta/Facebook campaigns.
- Finance, real estate, or high-ticket lead generation experience is ideal.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting funnels, and lookalike modeling.
- Comfort with budget management and performance-based optimization.
- Familiarity with Meta advertising policies for regulated or financial products.
