Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage HR leave-management and attendance-management systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and provide timely reports to the HR Manager.
- Maintain and develop the personnel filing system.
- Ensure compliance across HR operations and practices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with HR-related reports, letters, and documentation as requested by the HR Manager.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and compliance.
- Administer medical insurance and related documentation as advised by the HR Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least two years of HR administration or similar experience in the UAE is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required.
- Strong knowledge of employee grievances, workforce management, and employee benefits is required.
- Hands-on knowledge of UAE law, regulations, and MOHRE compliance is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, discretion, and professionalism are required.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
