The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales, spa bookings, retail traffic, and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with creative thinking and has a proven track record of delivering measurable growth through paid media, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage customer acquisition, lead generation, and retention campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Paid Media Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- Other relevant digital platforms
- Continuously optimize campaign performance to maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).
- Manage advertising budgets and forecast performance.
E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization
- Drive traffic and conversions for the IZIL e-commerce platform.
- Monitor website performance and customer journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion funnels.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Crm & Customer Retention
- Collaborate with CRM teams to improve customer retention and repeat purchase rates.
- Support email, SMS, and loyalty marketing initiatives.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Present performance results and recommendations to management regularly.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with content creators, designers, retail teams, spa operations, and external agencies.
- Guide creative development based on campaign performance insights.
- Support the development of annual marketing plans and budgets.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury retail, or e-commerce industries preferred.
- Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets and achieving measurable growth.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
• Meta Business Manager
- Google Ads
• Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio
• TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience with attribution models, tracking implementation, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRM, and marketing automation is an advantage.
