We are looking for an Arabic Junior Brand Manager to support the growth of Izil’s Skincare and Haircare categories across DTC and E-commerce channels while ensuring strong brand consistency and customer engagement across Arabic-speaking markets.

The Role

  • This is a junior-to-mid-level brand role supporting the growth of Izil’s Skincare and Haircare categories across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and E-commerce channels.
  • You will support:
  • The core messaging angle behind campaigns and launches
  • How products are positioned and explained
  • How science is translated into consumer language
  • How our brand voice evolves and remains consistent
  • You will operate at the intersection of:
  • Brand Strategy × Scientific Credibility × Commercial Clarity
  • You are not managing random content.
  • You are helping build and protect a scalable brand system designed to drive both customer engagement and commercial growth.

What You Will Own1. Campaign Messaging Architecture

  • Develop the core messaging angles behind launches and campaigns
  • Define headline logic, narrative flow, and benefit hierarchy
  • Ensure emotional storytelling is supported by rational proof
  • Create adaptable messaging frameworks for multi-channel rollouts
  • Your messaging must be inspiring, clear, and conversion-oriented.

2. Product & Claims Storytelling

  • Structure PDP messaging and benefit stacks
  • Translate R&D and ingredient science into accessible, compelling language
  • Support packaging copy and product naming logic
  • Ensure claims are credible, compliant, and persuasive
  • Bring clarity to routines, bundles, and hero products
  • You turn complexity into clarity, without losing depth.

3. Brand Voice Across All Touchpoints

  • Own and evolve Izil’s tone of voice across:
  • Website
  • PDPs
  • Campaigns
  • Packaging
  • CRM communications
  • Retail materials
  • Spa menus and treatment descriptions
  • You ensure consistency, confidence, and clarity at every customer interaction.

4. Brand Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with the Creative team to align messaging and visuals
  • Collaborate with Growth teams to ensure messaging supports performance goals
  • Work with R&D / Science teams to ensure accuracy and credibility
  • Provide clear brand guidance and structured messaging support across teams
  • You elevate brand quality while enabling speed and scalability.

5. Brand Systems That Scale

  • Develop reusable brand frameworks and templates
  • Build structured approaches to claims, benefit hierarchies, and storytelling
  • Ensure brand consistency as Izil expands across markets
  • You think in systems, not scattered executions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Product Marketing, or related roles
  • Experience working with Skincare and/or Haircare brands
  • Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and E-commerce businesses
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level thinking and brand execution
  • Experience translating scientific or technical concepts into clear consumer narratives
  • Strong commercial instinct—you understand what drives customer action
  • Ability to structure messaging hierarchies and brand frameworks
  • Fluent Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of customer journeys, online merchandising, and digital commerce
  • Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, or premium consumer brands preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment
