As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for a high-impact Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth to lead our global direct-to-consumer business and accelerate the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven leader to own and accelerate Izil's global direct-to-consumer business.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, customer experience and profitability while continuously evolving our digital commerce ecosystem.

This role requires a unique combination of commercial acumen, growth expertise, customer understanding, technology leadership and operational excellence.

You will work closely with Brand, Marketing, CRM, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience and Technology teams to ensure every stage of the customer journey, from discovery to repeat purchase, contributes to sustainable and profitable growth.

1. E-commerce Strategy & Commercial Performance

  • Define and execute Izil's global e-commerce growth strategy.
  • Develop annual, quarterly and monthly growth plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities across markets, customer segments and product categories.
  • Build commercial forecasts and performance roadmaps.
  • Translate customer, market and business insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Drive sustainable and profitable growth across all digital markets.
  • Own key business metrics including:
  • Revenue Growth
  • Gross Margin
  • Contribution Margin
  • Conversion Rate

• Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER)

  • Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)

• Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

  • Customer Retention

2. Customer Acquisition & Digital Growth

  • Lead customer acquisition strategy across paid, owned and organic channels.
  • Define acquisition priorities, budgets and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and scale hero products, campaigns and customer segments.
  • Improve traffic quality, acquisition efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop market-specific growth strategies across international markets.
  • Partner closely with performance marketing teams and agencies to maximize business results.

SEO, Organic Growth & AI Search

  • Lead Izil's SEO strategy and organic growth roadmap.
  • Improve visibility and discoverability across search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
  • Ensure best practices across technical SEO, site architecture, structured data, metadata and content optimization.
  • Monitor emerging search technologies and identify opportunities to increase qualified traffic and customer acquisition.

3. Conversion, CRM & Customer Lifecycle Growth

  • Own the end-to-end digital customer journey.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across all digital touchpoints.
  • Optimize website performance, customer engagement and basket size.
  • Lead the CRM strategy and plans to improve customer retention, loyalty and repeat purchase.
  • Develop customer lifecycle strategies that increase customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure acquisition, conversion and retention strategies work together as a unified growth engine.

4. Digital Merchandising & Commercial Planning

  • Own digital merchandising strategy across the website.
  • Ensure products, collections, landing pages and promotional activity are optimized to drive conversion and profitability.
  • Partner with Brand and Category teams to translate product priorities into effective commercial plans.
  • Define digital launch strategies, promotional calendars and customer offers.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning processes to ensure commercial readiness and inventory alignment.

5. Operations, Fulfilment & Customer Experience

  • Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Experience teams to deliver an exceptional post-purchase experience.
  • Ensure inventory availability supports commercial objectives and campaign plans.
  • Act as the commercial owner of the OMS and customer fulfillment journey.
  • Monitor and improve operational metrics that impact conversion, retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive initiatives that improve delivery performance, fulfillment efficiency and repeat purchase.
  • Ensure customer experience remains aligned with Izil's premium brand positioning.

6. Digital Product, Technology & Innovation

  • Own the digital product and e-commerce roadmap.
  • Act as business owner for Salesforce Commerce & Commerce Cloud.
  • Partner with IT teams, developers and external partners to deliver digital projects and platform enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and project plans.
  • Lead website enhancements, integrations and customer experience initiatives.
  • Drive innovation across personalization, automation, AI and emerging digital technologies.

7. Leadership, Analytics & Performance

  • Lead the e-commerce and digital growth function.
  • Establish reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPI reviews.
  • Build a high-performance, data-driven culture.
  • Use customer, market and performance insights to drive decision-making.
  • Develop talent and capabilities within the team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, DTC or growth leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling direct-to-consumer businesses.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with ownership of growth and profitability metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-market and international e-commerce businesses.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CRM, retention, conversion optimization and digital merchandising.
  • Experience leading digital product, website or technology projects.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working with enterprise e-commerce ecosystems.

• Digital Media (Meta, Snapchat, Google, Tiktok…)

  • Looker Studio, Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms
